Selection criteria sabbatical bench fee

The following selection criteria are used for applications ‘sabbatical bench fee’:

• Scientific quality of the research plan (originality, innovative character, solid methodology) and feasibility within the requested time period;
• Scientific quality of the applicant in relation to the proposed research plan;
• Necessity of the requested funding;
• If applicable, added value of (inter)national research stays/fieldwork and their embedding in the research plan.
